So we thought we’d kick off with how we prefer to be ‘Boring Vibe Busters’!
Refund policy (services)
Paid annual memberships are non-refundable but are transferable as a credit for purchasing any product or other service on the Bad Vibe Busters® website, or it can be transferred to another person.
Paid monthly or quarterly memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable.
Pre-paid attendance for a Bad Vibe Busters® event is non-refundable but can be transferred to another Bad Vibe Busters® event, or transferred to another person.
If prior to the session a coaching or therapeutic sound session is cancelled by the person who booked the session, a cancellation fee of $20 will be charged to cover administration processes.
If Bad Vibe Busters® cancels a session, a full refund will be given.
Sessions can be postponed, or transferred to another person, provided Bad Vibe Busters®’ assessment is that the session would be suitable for the proposed person.
There is no refund provided on coaching or therapeutic sound sessions that have taken place.
Return Policy (products)
Bad Vibe Busters® is confident that you will be happy with the quality products available on the website. There is no refund offered for simply changing your mind. If there is any damage please contact us immediately so we can arrange to pay return postage and send you a replacement. If we are unable to send a replacement, then a full refund will be issued.
